At this current time, most retailers and users of parcel delivery services are experiencing some delivery delays. These are happening for a number of topical reasons in these unusual times.
Whilst we always work hard to despatch items to the timescale that we advise, usually same day for in-stock items ordered before 1 pm, once an item enters the carriers delivery chain delays are outside of our control and can happen without notice.
We will always try to communicate as best we are able to, and apologise if our usual service standards cannot be met.
These time frames are our best estimate based on when items are collected from our warehouse and are subject to changes out of our control in circumstances such as road traffic and courier-related congestions.
Delivery Cost Information
We can deliver to any address within the United Kingdom. Products can be delivered to international destinations by special arrangement.
Deliveries within the mainland United Kingdom are:
- £3.99 for orders below £60.00
- Free for orders £60.01 and above

Small Items (Up to 20kg)
Delivery is made via courier service and delivery is normally made within 1 to 2 working days of your order and is fully trackable. If for any reason delivery is not made by the 4th working day following your order please contact us.
Large Items (Goods held in our stock)Delivery (Room Of Choice) is made by our 2 Man Delivery Partner within 7 to 10 workings days of your order. The delivery company will contact you by telephone after despatch of your order from our warehouse to agree a suitable delivery date.
Palletised Deliveries (Bulk Orders))
Delivery is made via a dedicated pallet delivery service, normally within 1 to 2 workings days of your order. If for any reason delivery is not made by the 4th working day following your order please contact us.
Delivery Area Exceptions– The following postcodes are classified as remote and a £20 delivery surcharge will be applied to any order placed for delivery to these postcodes. BT, HS, IV, KA27, KA28, KW, PA17 to PA26, PA20 to PA49, PA60 to PA78, PH30 to PH50, ZE.
We can only accept new and unopened items, which must be returned in all original packaging within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or full refund. Once we have received your item and it has been checked, and we are satisfied with its condition, we will process your refund. Please note that this can take up to 5 business days from receipt of your item to appear in your account.
We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
We are unable to accept the return of any furniture products that have been partially or fully assembled nor any products that are not complete with all original packaging. You will be responsible for the return of the goods to us and any return shipping costs.
Collection of returns by us
We can arrange collection of an item from you, for which you will cover the courier charge. For full transparency, details of any charges will be made apparent to you for you to consider prior to making your decision.
Special Order, Built to Order & Personalised Items
Your right to return or cancel products does not apply to Special Order, Built to Order & Personalised Items that have been made to your specification and have been personalised. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights if goods are faulty or not as described.
Once your order has been despatched, or in the case of Special Order, Built to Order & Personalised Items placed with us, it cannot be cancelled. In the rare cases that we are able to agree to cancellation after despatch, any refund will be subject to a delivery handling charge of £55).
If you refuse to sign for delivery of your order and the item is acceptable for return, it will be deemed a customer return and the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Under the European Distance Selling Regulations (DSRs), customers in the European Union that cancel a contract for purchase of an item(s) within 14 days of receipt of their order will receive a refund for the cost of the item(s) and the cost of sending the item to you, provided that the entire order is being returned. If the item(s) returned is part of a larger order, then no delivery charge is refunded.
If you decide to cancel and the item is acceptable for cancellation, you should first contact us for authorisation and then if provided, return the goods to us at your cost within 14 days of such cancellation and we will reimburse to you (by the method used to pay for the original transaction) the amount in relation to goods to which cancellation rights apply. This includes the cost of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you choose a type of delivery other than our standard and least expensive method of delivery).
Goods received back unauthorised, incomplete or in a damaged or used condition will either be returned to you and the cost of delivery charged to your account or we reserve the right to levy a surcharge on such returned goods at a minimum 25% of the product price.
